Removal Measures of Heating of Vacuum Pump

2018-12-07 15:52:00

The problem of heating often occurs after the vacuum pump is used for a period of time, which is mostly caused by too little circulating water in the pump or too high temperature of inhaled gas. If the vacuum pump operates at high temperature for a long time, it will easily lead to various faults. For this reason, the vacuum pump manufacturer introduces the following measures to eliminate the problem:
1. Turn the fan wings of the motor to see if they are flexible in operation. Flexible in rotation means that there is no scale. It is hard to operate. It is necessary to dismantle the exhaust pipe of the pump and use the hand lamp to see if there is any scale inside. The scale will cause the impeller to run difficultly and burn down the motor. The spring of mechanical seal is also easy to be locked on the axle because of scale, and can not be automatically recharged after the end surface is worn out, resulting in leakage of water at the mechanical seal and burning the vacuum pump.
2. Vacuum pump is a pumping pump, which permits a small amount of liquid. If the material sucked contains a large amount of water, a buffer tank should be installed in front of it. Inhaling a large amount of water will break the impeller.
3. Vacuum pump sucks high temperature gas, using tap water as circulating water, or using condenser to cool the gas.
4. Overload protectors should be installed to prevent the motor from burning down under overload. Connecting pipes should not be thinner by 70%. Excessive thin pipes and poor drainage can also cause overcurrent.
Vacuum pump heating is mainly caused by too little circulating water or too high temperature of inhaled gas. To solve this problem, we need to deal with these two aspects, and pay attention to strong maintenance in later use.
