Vacuum pump is a kind of vacuum extraction equipment widely used in industrial production. Because of the long working time and the influence of working environment, the equipment often has various faults. Using the vacuum pump in the right way can reduce the occurrence of faults. For this reason, the vacuum pump manufacturer has introduced its correct use method in detail for us.
      1. Open the filling screw on the oil tank of the vacuum pump and pour the matched oil into the pump. The oil level should be between one-half and two-thirds of the visible part of the oil mark. Open the black rubber cover on the intake and exhaust ports, and add a small amount of vacuum pump oil from the intake port for easy start-up. Connect the vacuum pump with the vacuum system.
      2. When connecting the power supply and wiring, attention should be paid to the wiring requirements on the motor nameplate.
      3. Check whether all valves and switches are in closed state, and confirm that they are electrified for commissioning after closing.
      4. After starting the vacuum pump by electrification, start with the valve switch close to the vacuum pump and turn on the valve switch in turn.
      5. Ensure that the working environment temperature of the vacuum pump is within - 50C - 400C, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and the inlet pressure is less than one atmospheric pressure.
      6. The suction port of the vacuum pump shall be continuously open to the atmosphere for no more than 2 minutes (except for oil pump lubrication).
      7. Vacuum pumps must be installed in ventilation and maintain a certain level of the pump body to ensure that the vacuum pump runs smoothly and vibration is small.
      8. When the machine needs to work continuously for a long time, the water temperature in the water tank will rise, which will affect the vacuum degree. At this time, the drainage hose can be connected with the water source (tap water), the overflow nozzle can be used as the drainage outlet, and the tap water flow can be properly controlled, so as to maintain the water temperature in the water tank and make the vacuum degree stable.
      Daily correct use and maintenance can not only prolong the life of the vacuum pump, but also ensure a stable vacuum. Therefore, we should operate the vacuum pump according to the correct rules, master its use methods skillfully, and pay attention to some details in the use process.
