Stainless steel vacuum pump often appears the problem of vacuum rising or falling in the use process. If the vacuum degree can not meet the production demand, the pump will not be able to achieve a good operation state. Therefore, users need to regularly adjust the vacuum degree of the pump. The methods we usually use to regulate vacuum are as follows:
1. Add valve: Stainless steel vacuum pump itself does not regulate the function of vacuum. Only by adding valve, we can string a precise relief valve at the pumping end of the pump. When the vacuum is high, open the valve, and the vacuum will fall.
2. Setting negative pressure or displaying negative pressure on LCD panel: Smart stainless steel vacuum pump can be used with buttons on it. Vacuum degree of pump can be adjusted by setting negative pressure or displaying negative pressure on LCD panel.
3. Add refined relief valve: add refined relief valve on the pump, directional discharge of toxic gases to the designated container channel, also can adjust the vacuum.
In actual production, if the vacuum degree of stainless steel vacuum pump is not within the appropriate range, we can adjust it by the above method. If we want to adjust the vacuum flow rate, we can add a rotary button to adjust it according to the need.
